How old do you need to be to get permanent jewelry?

Currently, Charmed will not weld any jewelry on any person 12 or under. We ask that persons aged 12-17 come with a legal guardian.

Will you add charms to jewelry from other places?

Yes! Please send us an email with photos of the piece you're wanting to add charms to and we can work with you to ensure the pieces will be cohesive!

What if I need to remove my jewelry or it breaks?

Our certified team ensures the quality of the weld before you walk away charmed. We understand life happens! If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason, you can cut at the jump ring with scissors or wire cutters. If you save the chain and would like it re-welded, reach out to us and we can put it back on.

How long will my jewelry last?

This is dependent on lifestyle, pools and sweat may tarnish the jewelry. Charmed will provide a cleaning kit at the end of your experience with a care card on how to best take care of your jewelry.

What about TSA or an MRI?

Fine jewlery will not need to be removed for TSA screening. Please consult your doctor if you have concerns before an MRI. If you do need to remove the jewelry, cut at the weld and save the chain! Charmed is happy to re-weld your jewelry when you are ready to wear again.
